RPM

RacePlace Motorsports (RPM) is an indoor kart racing track and conference center that I used to work at. It is an awesome facility in Sacramento for those who love the thrill of speed. I am a little bit of a speed junkie myself; so I fit right in there as an employee for several years of my young adult life.

Sense we were in town on vacation I had to stop by with Bee and show her around. After visiting with a few people who still work there we signed up for a race. It has been several years since I last was in one of those karts and of course it was Bee's first time. There is a little briefing video that they have you sit through explaining the rules of the track and some techniques of racing. One of the rules is 'don't run into the barriers' and this made Bee a little nervous to go fast, but she warmed up to it after a few laps. I thought Bee did exceptional for it being her first time and for not doing it in such a long time I feel pretty good about my time.

 Thank you Brent Webb for such an awesome facility and for the opportunity of working for you. I maintain many fond memories of my years at RPM. May your dream continue to succeed.
